is a little more information about our Condo.
Situated in a gated condo community on the 13mm of the Niangua Arm, we are considered the
“quiet side” of the lake. We feel it is really the best of both worlds. Cedar Heights Condominiums
entrance is on Hwy 54 which means you don’t have to drive the curvy no shoulder lake roads -
definitely a plus. Our location allows you the freedom to make your vacation as relaxing or action
packed, as you desire. Shopping, fishing, golfing, miniature golf, go-carts, caves and hiking are
only minutes away. We are a mile west of Camdenton, MO city limits and only 4.5 miles West from
a brand-new Wal-Mart Supercenter located on Hwy 54. You are not going to have to go far to get
groceries or have fun. Lake Regional Hospital is located approximately 12 miles east on Hwy 54
from the Condo.
Our 2040 sq./ft, 4 Bedroom (2 Master Suites), 3 Bath Condo (see Floor Plan) is spacious, clean
and right on the Lake of the Ozarks with a great view. It is located on the second floor, parking lot
level, which means you only have to go down 8 steps to get to the Condo.
The balcony, which has a breath taking view of the lake, is covered and quite large (43ft x 7ft).
The use of a 30ft X 12ft boat slip & High Speed Wireless Internet is available at no extra charge.
There are three pools on the property.
When it is time to sit down and eat the Condo has seating for everyone. Not many Condos offer
that luxury. There is a large bar height counter seating for 8 and a dining table with seating for 6.
You are not going to have to take shifts eating here.
You will be comfortable when it come to sleeping. The following is the Bed Setup:
Due to fire code we can only say the unit will accommodate 11 guests
3 Kings, 1 Full, 2 Twins, 1 Full Pull Out, 1 Queen Air Mattress w/pump
This is a cost-effective get away for a family but very cost effective and spacious enough for a
family reunion or multi family vacation.
